Elissa grew up about an hour away close to Gladstone and was heavily involved in camp ministry for a number of years. She worked as a skills coach and ESL instructor before serving with YWAM for 5 years- in Denver and overseas. She was licensed and served with the Alliance in Toronto before moving back to Manitoba. In 2021 she started working with the Teen Challenge Women's Centre just outside of Brandon and recently finished her M.Div. through Tyndale Seminary. She has a mini Australian labradoodle, and in the summer enjoys camping and paddleboarding... in the winter you'll probably find her with tea, reading or watching a movie :)
