The purpose of the Small Group Ministry is to disciple people in the ways of God and encourage people to become more like Christ. So much can be accomplished in a small group setting that cannot happen in the dynamics of the large corporate gathering. Each small group will have a qualified leader that will lead the group in a time of Bible Study, prayer, fellowship, sharing, and challenge the group members to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
