We consider accountability to be of utmost importance. In our church, congregational attendees can begin the process of church membership after three months of attending. As approved, it is to this membership that the pastors and church board of seven are accountable to. Once a month the pastors and board meet to discuss the business of the church and once a year a membership meeting is called where reports are received and board elections take place.

Our pastors are also accountable to the district superintendent of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario District. This office is located in Winnipeg. A very close relationship exists because it is intentionally well nurtured by pastor, sectional presbyter, and District Superintendent. Everyone needs accountability and we are pleased to have such a great system in place.
