BG Club Similar to Boy Scouts or Girl Guides, this Christian-based alternative is a weekly program which provides children ages 3 to Grade 5 with the opportunity to develop and cultivate spiritual, practical, and social skills. Running on Thursday evenings, this active program for children will help each child learn to live for Jesus while facing the daily challenges of the world in which they live. Bible teaching, memorization, songs, badge work, games, crafts, special events, and other activities make this an outstanding program for your child to be a part of this year.
Kid's Church The Kid's Church Staff of Calvary Temple is committed to teaching and instructing children the truths from God’s Word. We do that through the use of music, stories, drama, bible lessons, hands-on activities, object lessons, games, and much, much, more. Teachers are provided for each age level and equipped to teach age-appropriate lessons to the children each week. There are classes available from ages 3-years-old through to grade 6.
Nursery Care Our Nursery is open every Sunday Morning from 10:15 AM until the end of the Morning Service for children ages 2 and under. (Children 3 and older may attend Kid's Church during the months of September to June.) We strive to provide safe care for all infants and a time of learning for toddlers old enough to participate in planned activities. The nursery is conveniently located at the bottom of the north stairway in the lower auditorium near the washrooms and is equipped with toys, crib, washroom, running water, call light system, snacks, change table, an area for nursing mothers, and speakers to hear the service.
